Pre-Draft Outlook
The two big trades the Knicks completed last offseason bore fruit, helping them reach the conference finals for the first time in 25 years. They had a top-five offense in the regular season and their defense held up through the first two rounds of the playoffs. Their future Draft picks are limited, but their top seven players are under contract for at least one more season.
The Way To Go
Pickings will be slim at pick No. 50, but the Knicks must fill out the end of their roster on the cheap. They should try to find an older, useful forward at that spot, with Eric Dixon, Sion James, John Tonje and Darrion Williams among some possibilities.
